Following the announcement of the 3rd lockdown in France, the government has decided to allow property visits.
Although our french agencies will remain closed to the public for the next few weeks, villas and apartments visits will still be possible.
However, these visits must be for the purpose of acquiring a main residence and, of course, must be carried out with the utmost respect for barrier measures and health regulations.
In some areas affected by this lockdown, a local geographical perimeter could be added to these visits' permission. We will keep you informed on our website and on our social networks of the evolution of the rules related to real estate activity during the next weeks.
Our teams are always available to answer your questions, and wish you to take care of yourself and your close ones during this new period of lockdown.

Following the government announcements of Wednesday, March 31, 2021, we are sorry to announce the temporary closure of all our agencies in France, from Saturday, April 03, 2021, at 7:00 pm.
For the coming weeks and as in the last lockdown periods, the Michaël Zingraf Real Estate Group continues its activity and does everything possible to guarantee the success of your various projects:
- Property viewings can be done, always for the acquisition of a main residence and of course, with the utmost respect for barrier measures and health regulations. Our property brokers are at your disposal to follow up with you on the sale, the acquisition or the management of your property;

Cannes: Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate participates in the sale of Le Grand Jardin on the Lérins Islands!
We are pleased to announce the sale of the most exclusive property in the region, Le Grand Jardin, located in the South of the Lérins Islands, a legendary archipelago facing the bay of Cannes and the Estérel mountains.
Thanks to the collaboration between our Group and the Swiss Group Ultima Capital SA, the new owner of the property, this exceptional domain with a unique location will soon regain its former splendor.
Le Grand Jardin, located in Sainte-Marguerite island, the largest island of the archipelago which lays a 375-acre national forest, a forest of Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees planted by man at the beginning of the 19th century, as well as a royal fort which has been reinforced by Vauban and later became a state prison.
Protected by a wall built under the orders of Cardinal Richelieu, the sumptuous private estate of approximately 3.2 acres is located in the most untouched and fertile part of the island. This legendary property is the only one on the island and was the home of certain crowned heads and celebrities such as the King of France Louis XIV, the Duke of Guise or the Governor of Provence.

The visits that we can organize will be done in groups of 4 people maximum, and the owners will be asked to stay in retreat as much as possible during these visits, to avoid any health risks.

2019 seems to be an important year for the Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate Group.
The Signature of the first Trademark License Michaël Zingraf Real Estate in Marseille, the record sale of the Château Soligny in March or the opening of our new agency in Aix-en-Provence in May, Michaël Zingraf Christie’s International Real Estate’s first semester of 2019 was rich of great news.
The second half of 2019 should be as prosperous as the first one…
Always seeking a presence in France’s most emblematic locations for luxury real estate, our future agencies of Deauville at the 7 rue Hoche, and Paris at the 120 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in the 8th district, will soon open.
